Service Description

I have over ten years of experience designing + conducting educational seminars on a variety of neuroscientific topics with diverse groups, including students (high-school through post-graduate), families of clients struggling with psychiatric problems, as well as other clinicians seeking additional training in neuroscience. Each class is tailored to meet the needs + desires of the the group; broadly, we discuss how advances in brain science inform our understanding of mental wellness + dysfunction, emotion regulation, executive functioning, problematic behaviors or habits, as well as many other topics pertinent to achieving peak brain health. Through didactic + experiential learning exercises, group members further learn how to implement practical techniques derived from the neuroscientific literature to improve cognition in daily life.
